Westlaw Patron Access Subscription Limited as of 8/21/07

Dear Law Library Patrons,

As of 8/21/07 we will no longer be subscribing to the All Primary Law & Legal Research portion of Westlaw Patron Access. This will eliminate access to federal and state primary resources via Westlaw for users outside of the law school community.  However, the UB community will still have access to federal and state primary legal resources through LexisNexis Academic which continues to be available campus-wide.  This was a difficult decision that was driven by budgetary constraints.

We will be maintaining access to two portions of Westlaw Patron Access:
1. Keycite: This is the updating service that is similar to Shepard's service available on LexisNexis
2. NY Analytical Library: Includes: West McKinney's Forms; NY Pattern Jury Instructions; NY Jurisprudence; NY Legal Forms; Carmody Wait 2d; Siegel's NY Practice; Harris 5th NY Estates
