Upcoming BISON library catalog service interruptions

Starting on Friday, July 27, 2007 at 7:00AM, maintenance will be performed on the BISON Catalog.  During maintenance, the catalog may be inaccessible. During BISON catalog outage, UB Libraries holdings can still be searched via the SUNY Union Catalog or WorldCat.

Course reserve and databases should not be impacted.

Law Library Intersession Hours

The Law Library's intersession hours (July 23 - August 26) are Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

The Library is closed on Saturdays and Sundays during this period.

New Finding Aids for Law Special Collections

Enhanced and expanded finding aids are now available for several of the Law Library's special collections, including the Howard R. Berman Collection, the John Lord O'Brian Papers, Seneca Land Claims Records, the Watergate Collection, and the Law School Archives (Alumni Association records, Law School records, and Law School serials). New Hein Database Trials

The Law Library obtained a trial subscription for 2 databases that just became available from W.S. Hein Publishing -- the American Law Institute Library and the U.S. Congressional Documents Library. Both of these databases have been temporarily added to our HeinOnline subscription for the next few weeks. We would appreciate your feedback!
