Problems with electronic journal access arise for many reasons and may be temporary.

Before reporting the problem, have you:

1. accessed the resource at least twice?

2. waited some period of time in between each use? (some problems are temporary, e.g., the server can crash or be down for maintenance and may clear up on their own).
