A University Libraries fundraising project to support the University at Buffalo United Way SEFA campaign
The Staff Development & Training Committee (SDTC) of the University Libraries is proud to present this cookbook as our fundraising effort for the 2007 University at Buffalo SEFA (State Employees Federated Appeal) campaign. All proceeds will be donated to SEFA, which supports hundreds of worthy charitable organizations.
One of the primary goals of the SDTC is to foster cohesiveness among the staff of the various units of the University Libraries. Including our student assistant workforce we are close to 300 people strong. We are an ethnically diverse staff and we celebrate and value our varied heritages. The recipes in our cookbook reflect this and it was a joy for our committee to assemble them. And, we believe the end products will prove to be quite delicious. You can not page through these recipes without having pangs of hunger.
