- Proposed OCLC Symbol change and potential effects on inter-library loan.
- Steve Roberts discussed upcoming budget meeting and the base allocation.
- Steve Roberts agreed to write an email to staff regarding offices under construction in Lockwood and plans for Capen second floor.
- Agreement on Mission and Values statements for Executive Vice President for Finance and Operations, Beau Willis.
- John Edens brought the WNYLRC award program to director’s attention.
- Mark Ludwig mentioned the upcoming ALEPH index regeneration.
- Judy Adams announced a project to support graphic novels program in local high schools.
