Discussion Topics:
- Decided to delay discussion of the report of the Interlibrary Loan/Document Delivery Task Force to a future meeting.
- Reviewed and updated the mission and vision document prepared in 1995.
- Steve Roberts distributed a draft list of 2006/07 accomplishments of the University Libraries.
- Decided to institute annual unit reports of accomplishments and goals. Reports should be in bullet format and focus on staff changes, statistics, accomplishments, major purchases, gifts, awards received, and goals for coming year.
- Steve Roberts announced that he would be meeting individually with deans to discuss library services.
- Decided to discuss possible nominations for one or more of the new awards offered by the Western New York Library Resources Council at the next meeting.
