The Faculty Executive Committee, an elected, standing committee of the Faculty of the University Libraries, exists in accordance with the:
- Policies
of the Board of Trustees of the State University of New York
and
the - Bylaws of the Faculty of the University
Libraries (Bylaws)
The Bylaws constitute the regulations for the internal governance of the Faculty of the University Libraries. The general duties and obligations of the FEC Committee are described in the Bylaws.
