Description
The Bibliography of the History of Art (BHA) is considered the world's most comprehensive bibliography of scholarly writing about the history of Western art, including European and American visual arts from late antiquity to the present. Indexes art-related books, conference proceedings and dissertations, exhibition and dealers' catalogs, and articles from over 4300 periodicals. The BHA database includes both BHA (covering 1990-2007) and the International Bibliography of Art (IBA), covering the years 2008 and part of 2009. The Répertoire de la litterature de l'art (RILA) produced by the Institut de l'Information Scientifique et Technique (INIST) in France will also be included.
