The New Face of Ovid
January 17, 2008

You may have noticed today that Ovid has a new look and feel. We will be offering workshops this Spring. Also, I am available should you require assistance.

In the meantime:
  • Saved Searches from personal accounts will still work as before

  • The default tab "Ovid Syntax" functions identically to the advanced tab

  • Basic search is a new feature offering Natural Language searching

Natural language searching means that you can type in a question rather than a string of terms. It's a new way to search and it may offer you some good results.
