I have compiled a list of e-books that the SDM community may find useful. They are not necessarily be dental in focus (though some are), but may hold some general interest.
The Health Sciences Library has a strong e-book collection. Take a look through our many platforms/providers: Ebook Library, ScienceDirect, NetLibrary, and the R2 Library to get a sense of what we have to offer. On HUBNET, you can also find Books@Ovid and Stat!Ref.
Here is the smattering that I put together:
Ethics the heart of health care / David Seedhouse.
Writing a biomedical research paper a guide to structure and style / Brian Stephen Budgell.
Successful grant writing strategies for health and human service professionals / Laura N. Gitlin, Kevin J. Lyons.
Understanding health policy a clinical approach / Thomas S. Bodenheimer, Kevin Grumbach.
Essentials of microbiology for dental students / Jeremy Bagg [et al.]
Health politics and policy / [edited by] James A. Morone, Theodor J. Litman, Leonard S. Robins.
Pharmacology in dental medicine / Jeffrey M. Casiglia, Peter L. Jacobsen.
