IMPORTANT: Non-bibliographic citation databases generally are excluded from this listing. This table assumes basic knowledge of EndNote and internet browser operations. Connection Files for UB subscription databases WILL NOT work when your are off the UB computing network.

  Periodicals Index Online In Periodicals Index Online: Mark desired records. At the top of the screen click on 'Marked List', then click on 'Download Selected Citations'. Click on 'Export directly to ProCite, EndNote or Reference Manager'.

  Philospher's Index In Philospher's Index: Select desired records. Click on Save (floppy disk icon in upper right). Choose 'Export to Procite, EndNote or Reference Manager ' option, then click 'OK'.

  PrimateLit In PrimateLit: Only the entire page (screen) of records can be saved. Click on 'Save All On Screen' button, then 'Saved Records' button. Change Format to 'ISI' and Disposition' to 'Export'. Click on 'Submit', then 'Open'. Choose desired EndNote library and click on 'Open'.

  Project Muse In Project Muse: Mark the desired records. Click on 'Save Marked Results'. Click on 'E-mail/Export Saved Results' located at the top right of the screen. Check the EndNote option under the heading ‘Export marked results to. Click on 'Export'.

  PROLA (Physics Review Online Archive) In PROLA (Physics Review Online Archive): View desired record by clicking on title from results list. Click on 'Article Options' pull down list and choose 'EndNote (RIS)'. Click on 'Go' button. Save as PDF or html for export into EndNote. Choose desired EndNote library and click on 'Open'.
In Endnote: Exports directly into EndNote. To download more than 1 citation at a time, register for the free MyScitation/MyArticles account. Add desired records to MyArticles and download to EndNote from MyArticles.

  PsychARTICLES (OVID) In PsychARTICLES (OVID): Select references. In Reference Manager at bottom of results, choose 'Fields' desired and choose 'Direct Export' under Result Format. Then choose 'Save' under 'Actions'. Make sure 'Export results to Endnote, Procite, or Reference Manager' radio button is selected. Click 'Continue'. Choose desired EndNote library and click on 'Open'.

  PubMed In PubMed: Change Display format to 'MEDLINE'. Under Sent to pull down list, select 'File' and save file.
