In OVID HealthStar: Select references. In Reference Manager at bottom of results, choose 'Fields' desired and choose 'Direct Export' under Result Format. Then choose 'Save' under 'Actions'. Make sure 'Export results to Endnote, Procite, or Reference Manager' radio button is selected. Click 'Continue'. Choose desired EndNote library and click on 'Open'.

In Oxford University Press Online Journals: Mark desired records. Toward top (or bottom) of screen, change radio button to 'Download to citation manager' and click on 'Go'. New screen will appear, then click on 'Download ALL Selected Citations to Citation Manager'. Click on 'EndNote' then Open the EndNote library you want records exported to.
