IMPORTANT: Non-bibliographic citation databases generally are excluded from this listing. This table assumes basic knowledge of EndNote and internet browser operations. Connection Files for UB subscription databases WILL NOT work when your are off the UB computing network.

Database Saving & Importing Notes
  Beilstein CrossFire In Beilstein CrossFire: Do a bibliographic data search or convert a different type of search to citations. Select scattered citations by clicking with CTRL key depressed or directly click on 'Export Hits' to select all or a range. Choose setting 'Procite/Endnote/Reference Manager'. Click 'Start' & save text file. Open EndNote. Using 'File: Import', import saved text file using the 'Reference Manager (RIS)' filter.

  Bibliography of Asian Studies In Bibliography of Asian Studies: Add records to bookbag. Select Bookbag from the menu. Then download contents.

  Bibliography of Native North Americans In Bibliography of Native North Americans: Select citations by clicking on the Folder icon in the right hand column. Then click on the Folder icon at the top right of the screen. Click 'Export'. Choose radio button option 'Direct Export to EndNote, ProCite, or Reference Manager'. Click 'Save'.
In Endnote: Exports directly into EndNote.

  BISON - UB Libraries Catalog In BISON - UB Libraries Catalog: Select desired records. Clickon 'Save/Mail' link. Select Predefined Format 'MARC Tags (EndNote)' from pull down list. Click on 'Go'. Click on 'Save Selected', then 'Save' accepting the default format. Click on 'Close'.

In EndNote: Using 'Tools: Online Search' Choose 'SUNY-Buffalo' connection file.
