UB Law Librarians Beth Adelman and Theo Belniak, along with Suzanne E. Rowe of the University of Oregon School of Law, have published a second edition of New York Legal Research (Carolina Academic Press, 2012).
From the publisher:
New York Legal Research provides an alternative to the excellent, but often lengthy, legal research books that take a bibliographic approach to this dynamic lawyering skill. The goal of the second edition continues to be to explore concisely both the sources of New York state law research and the process of conducting research using those sources. New to the second edition is a chapter on New York City law.
Beth is Director of the Law Library. Beth’s publications include: the first edition of New York Legal Research (Carolina Academic Press, 2008), Georgia Legal Research (Carolina Academic Press, 2007), Researching Georgia Law, 22 Ga.
