IEEE Xplore

The problem has been resolved.

We are currently having remote access issues with the IEEE Xplore database.  Users are receiving a connection refused message from IEEE.

“Connection refused by ieeexplore.ieee.org, please try again later.”

We are in contact with the vendor and hope to have the problem resolved soon.

ProQuest Databases

The problem has been resolved.

Due to technical difficulties, we currently do not have access to our ProQuest databases. They are working to correct the problem and will post an expected availability time as soon as possible.
