Office of Web Development and Services

The Office of Web Development and Services supports the central public website of the University Libraries and related central pages, provides technical support for system-wide web development projects and works with individuals throughout the Libraries to provide authoritative content and a user-friendly interface for the communities served by the website.

Staff:

Scott Hollander, Web Design & Support Specialist and Web Manager
Supervised by the Director of Public Services.

Current Task Forces:

Web Accessibility - Develops policies and procedures to assure ongoing compliance with New York State standards regarding web accessibilities.

Web Usability – Charged with evaluating the interfaces to library resources via the website and OPAC.
